Master of Administration, graduate of the Faculty of Canon Law and Administration of the Catholic University of Lublin in Lublin and of the post-graduate studies "Strategic audit of public and private institutions" at the Faculty of Economic Sciences of the University of Warsaw.
He started his professional career as an instructor in health education at the State Sanitary Inspection of the Ministry of Interior and Administration.
In the years 2007-2014 he worked as a specialist in the Office for Foreigners in Warsaw, where he dealt with, among others conducting appeal proceedings.
In the years 2015-2018, he was employed as a provincial inspector at the Department of Civil Affairs and Foreigners in the Silesian Voivodship Office in Katowice.
